Profile Stephen Shipp B.Ec., LL.B. Stephen has been assisting clients since 1987. He has an interest in small and medium businesses, particularly in commercial law, property, mortgages, leasing, and dispute resolution through mediation and litigation. He is a qualified mediator with LEADR. He has worked with a number of high profile commercial firms both in Melbourne and on the Mornington Peninsula. For 8 years he operated his own practice. Stephen is an active member of the Frankston community. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Seaford-Carrum Downs and the Frankston Primary School Council. Stephen is currently the president of the Mornington Peninsula Lawyers' Association and a trust member of the Necropolis Springvale (now the Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust).
